For some reason the database name for my calendar (on BB 8330,
Verizon) is returned as "Calendar - All". List of database names
returned by btool does not include any "Calendar" but only "Calendar -
All" and "Calendar options".

When I tried to sync using barry-sync (via opensync plugin) it threw
error "database name not found: Calendar". This error gets thrown
even if I disable the calendar sync in multisync configuration for
barry-sync.

I glanced through the source code and changed the hard-coded database
name in r_calendar.h from "Calendar" to "Calendar - All", this got me
only little further. With this change I was able to sync my Address
Book but not the Calendar. If I leave calendar sync enabled the
"database name not found" error remains, there must be some other
reference to name "Calendar" in addition to r_calendar.h.

My question is, what possibly could have caused my device to return
the calendar database name as "Calendar - All", is this a change in
RIM OS on the device or could it be a side effect of me installing a
3rd party app or changing something in device configuration ? Any
suggestions/tips to get this problem fixed ?

Thanks.
