This adds the "reset to factory" command to the javaloader tool. >From what google tells me, it seems as though this command is only available for devices running 4.3 OS or higher. Older OS version will result in a 'unsupported command' response code in the javaloader exchange. As such the Socket::PacketData method has been updated to throw an error when this response code is encountered.
