Unfortunately not, as F10 still has the completely broken opensync 0.3.

We shipped F11 with opensync 0.22 at least, but it's not completely
polished - I had several improvement suggestions, but the maintainer
seemed to go inactive a couple of months before release. The Barry
package hasn't yet been updated to build the opensync plugin, though.
