Hi Martin,

It should be excluded.  If you're building your snapshot using the
snapshot.sh script in the scripts git branch, then all this is taken
care of for you.

Off the top of my head, you can exclude the .git directory, and
the autom4te.cache directories after running buildgen.sh.

I don't use the deb builder tools from inside the git directory.
The snapshot.sh script extracts a git branch into its own directory
and then works from there.
