Looks like I was a little hasty to move to such an aggressive release
schedule so soon after 0.15. :-) I've updated the release targets
in the TODO file for monthly releases, which was the original and
sensible target.
Apologies to Ryan Li, whose work is completely merged and ready for release,
who'll have to wait a few more weeks to see the backup GUI in 0.16.

Here's the new tentative schedule, which may/will be updated as needed.
Target: release version 0.16 (Oct 1)
+ incorporate barrybackup GUI changes by Ryan Li
- incorporate Nicolas's java debugger patches
- figure out a solution to the HideSequencePacket issue
- add copyright notices to all source code files
- write autoconf configure scripts and incorporate into
main configure and build system
- add build tests to test/buildtest.sh script
- fix any lingering compile problems and FIXMEs
- man page for bjdwp app
- www documentation for bjdwp app
- add bjdwp to debian and rpm binary packages
- incorporate Martin Owens' Barry logo/icon into Barry
- connect icon with barrybackup
- add to documentation page?
- add to identi.ca barry group
- add to sourceforge
- add to repo.or.cz
Target: release version 0.17 (Nov 1)
- website documentation:
- add a more detailed set of instructions for how to
contribute to the project using git

- incorporate Bill Paul's modem HOWTO for FreeBSD
into web docs (see list emails)
- add docs for opensync 0.4x plugin (note that it is
currently experimental, based on devel opensync)
Target: release version 0.18 (Dec 1)
- test and fix all build and functionality issues on:
- Fedora 11
- Fedora 12 (scheduled release on Nov 10)
- Ubuntu 8.10, 9.04
- Ubuntu 9.10 (scheduled release on Oct 29)
- openSUSE 11.1
- see mailing list reports
- give openBSD a test compile
- support our own repositories for apt and yum and zypper
to make installation easier
Target: release version 0.19 (Jan 1, 2010)
- polish up bfuse, and add feature to split out fields
- add record classes for Content Store based on
