Doesn't that mean its using BES if you're synching with exchange? I thought BIS only let you sync with OWA. For us Verizon customers, we have to use some sort of BES setup to sync with our LAUSD Exchange servers. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry

Hi Jim, As I recall, an error code of 2 usually means a permissions issue, inside the device. That is, the device won't let you write it.
