My apologies. That was me.

I made the mistake of sending my first email before I was subscribed to the
list as the list address was mentioned on the sourceforge pages as the place
to email support. Only after I sent the email I realised it was a list and I
joined. I assumed that my original email would have bounced; obviously it
didn't!

Anyway, looking in the archives I've seen the responses.

The first one mentioned that membership of the plugdev group might be a
problem. I've checked and I am a member. Should I simply remove my
membership; will that solve the problem?
