Well, I decided I'd dive down the Windows rabit hole and see how hard
it would be to compile Barry on Windows.

It only took me about 4 hours... mostly due to how slow compiling is
on Windows using Cygwin.

But the command line tools now work on the latest Cygwin, using
libusb-win32-bin-1.2.2.0.zip as the USB driver from the libusb-win32
sourceforge site.

I installed libusb-1.0, libusb-1.0-devel, and libusb-win32 via Cygwin
as well. Barry's configure couldn't find libusb via pkg-config, but
compiled and linked just fine anyway.

For those folks who are interested in the Windows port of Barry,
I would greatly appreciate it if you would regularly compile Barry
using the latest git tree, and let me know of any breakages you find
as we go, since I may not always get around to testing the Windows build.

If it breaks, please holler. :-)

Enjoy,
- Chris
