I'm assuming that the license for the following files is GPLv2-or-later:
xmlparser.{h,cc}, a_alxparser.h, a_application.{h,cc},
a_codsection.{h,cc}, a_common.h, a_library.{h,cc}, and
a_osloader.{h,cc}
I'm adding the copyright headers now... let me know if that's not ok.
