Hi Ganesh, Sorry for the delay. Are you able to get tethering working under Windows? According to the logs you provided, it appears that the device, or the ISP, stops responding. Does the device reset itself at this point? Is pppob still running at this point? (i.e. shows up in a 'ps ax' list?) I assume that your ISP changed, and the old APN doesn't work anymore?
