Hi Jose, I was recently reading up on the Debian wiki, and noticed that there's a bug registered against Barry:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=621271 Background info: http://wiki.debian.org/ReleaseGoals/LAFileRemoval This bug has been fixed in the latest git. I'd also appreciate your feedback on package naming. I've updated Barry to handle versioning in a more granular way. For the library so files, and for the include directory, we are at version 18 in git. For the binary packages, and the .pc files, we are at version 0, still. But the .pc files point to the appropriate version. I still expect some API breakage during development, so I haven't made the switch to calling the binary package libbarry18, but that would be valid if Debian prefers. And it would be a simple change for you, if needed. Thanks, - Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable. Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2d-c2 _______________________________________________ Barry-devel mailing list Barry-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/barry-devel
