After you setup the domains you're filtering for, they become available in the to field of the wl/bl panel, depending on how many domains is assigned to that specific user. I know with Baruwa V1, when setting up a wl/bl, you have to enter the from part and choose a domain in the to field.
My lists goes as follows: From: email To: select a domain List type: whitelist or blacklist Both whitelist and blacklist works fine for me. I haven't tried ip blocks yet, but I'm sure that will work also.
