Django is fairly easy to setup it is actually painless if you follow the 
instructions
in the baruwa documentation

Even if you moved to Centos you will not be able to yum install mailscanner
unless you subscribe to mailscanner gold repo.

Rocky does have a good howto on setting up the latest mailscanner/postfix/baruwa
coming out soon may be you can use that.
