I solved my issue by using postfix multi instance feature postmulti.
Instance one (mx-in) listens on the outside Interface on the Host and does some pre SMTP Checks and then Handsover all Mails to localhost (mx-check) Instance two (mx-check) listens on localhost and puts stuff into the Hold Queue and also Sends out Mails towards their Destination. Took 10 Minutes and now everything works as it should :) Btw regarding recoloring the Interface, do you plan on creating a Theming Feature? I Couldnt find anything about that on the Roadmap.
