Yes, that sorted it... All seems to be running now...

I needed to cope with Nerijus needed to do with adding 2>/dev/null to stop the 
python 2.4 deprecation warnings popping up every 3 mins... It might be worth 
mentioning that on the rpm install for Centos 5?
