I think i should be celery & celery the web server is not in the picture any 
more and should not have access to the quarantined files.
But i need to double check this.

Weird thats not supposed to happen but i will investigate

What was the actual error ? did u use apt-get install python-importlib not just 
apt-get install importlib ?
