Puppet Install
Centos Repo

Depends on OS version...(32 or 64 bit)
rpm -Uvh 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5Server/x86_64/epel-release-5-3.noarch.rpm
rpm -Uvh 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/epel-release-5-3.noarch.rpm 

vi /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo
[epel]
enabled=0

yum install puppet –enablerepo=epel 

Baruwa Repo
rpm -Uvh http://repo.baruwa.org/el5/i386/baruwa-release-5-0.noarch.rpm

Download the manifests & modules from https://github.com/akissa/baruwa-puppet 
via ZIP link to /etc/puppet
extract contents

vi /etc/puppet/manifests/toaster/baruwa/init.php change settings to match your 
own

puppet -v /etc/puppet/manifests/toasters/baruwa/init.pp

Sit back and wait...

No and No, the puppet modules i published only support centos, you can
extend them to work on ubuntu, and also support replication
