I do not know if this is already been treated, is so someone can point me to it, I be gratefull
I have two problems with attachments 1.- some attachments ( right now basically office 2010 types) do not appear as attachments, I saw several pink boxes in preview and I believe the system is taking the attachment like an image by the way, is this normal behavior?, show this pink boxes instead of images or I am missing some modules to make the preview more real? 2.- some emails show the attachments but when I click in them to download the attachments, they do not download ever, I wait for 45 minutes to download a 3mb image ( maybe some misconfiguration or parameter to download big files??) or permisions?
