You should probably enable Debug in MailScanner.conf for MS & SA. then run some 
lint tests see what your seeing. Your Clam/AV install may not be configured 
properly.

Does not seem to get out of the queue.

If I reboot the server the mail will be marked as infected. I need to configure 
clamav?
