Thank you very much Jeremy, i did it.

But the question:
My problem will end with your instructions? or will continue with these
repetitive e.mail messages when we receive new mail spam?
- I believe that this baruwa version have a bug and not process correctly this
topic with MailScanner, so is better add rules for "spam" and "high score spam"
for delivery with the subject {Spam?}

Or it last that i said isn't necessary?
What do you think about of this?

And as always thank you very much for your kind and fine attention

Best regards
Cesar

You can do it now. It will only stop the mail for 10 seconds at most. Your
Mailscanner is trying to process mail that. I longer exists. The processing db
file has them linked. It is safe to remove this file.

      try this

      /etc/init.d/baruwa stop; /etc/init.d/mailscanner stop
      rm -f /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/*.db
      /etc/init.d/baruwa start; /etc/init.d/mailscanner start

      Hi Jeremy

      Can you help me?

About of my problem (see below please - the forward mail),

      My actions after the problem:
1- I had read this link about the taint checks:
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.mail.virus.mailscanner/78808
2- I applied this solution recommended by Andrew Colin
Kissa:https://github.com/akissa/MailScanner/commit/6849c4e169d5c582ab954a105cda8018b551b8d7
and now i see on Baruwa GUi best reports of SPAM

      The problem:
3- Into Baruwa GUI I deleted the files on quarantine, and unfortunately
I'm getting exactly every a hour the same message of "MailScanner" that shows
more below. And when i go to quarantine directory for see the files, these
files don't are here, ie Baruwa GUI delete the files but MailScanner continue
sending me the same e-mails.

      The question:
4- How fix it? (Will permissions problem of filesystem or what?) - Please
remember that i use the all RPMs for Centos 6 of baruwa repo and not of
MailScanner

      I will be extremely grateful

      Best regards
      Cesar
