The Babel package that got installed was pulled from the CentOS server as a dependancy of something else AND a newer version of babel (1.3) was released on Friday. The newer version does not have a "no" option nearest we could see was "nn_NO".
Performing a ... pip install babel==0.9.6 ... in the virtual python environment, downgraded the installed babel to 0.9.6. (The same version that my last install used). Now everything works A-OK Glad you found the solution. Rocky
