I think I've got these just about sorted, but would just like clarification.
As I understand it, you can have different rulesets and behaviour for
MailScanner depending on the domain the email was sent to, and there's a
few parameters you can customise per-user.
So, could somebody please confirm that in Baruwa, the following is true:
Domain - An email domain (or multiple alias domains) with a group of
settings, which are passed to MailScanner as needed.
Account - A user in a domain, who may, or may not, be able to log into
Baruwa to release mail.
There are two things we wish to avoid:
1) Creating Accounts in Baruwa for all of our end users. Our end users
should never see Baruwa!
2) Not having settings per-domain, as the rulesets need to be different
for staff and students in our case (who may be on different domains).
