Jeremy,

I have checked every log files I could find under /var but no unusual entries 
there.

Jeremy, maybe I can give you access to my appliance so you can advise me an 
idea where the problem is? It's really annoying as I can't reinstall it while 
there are unreleased wrong-positives :(
