Did u setup both servers with the same script ? Or by hand ?

The baruwa installer script doesn't have idempotency  ie. It can fail on 
something but still pass and it can destroy its install if it's re-run.

Might be quicker to just redo the faulty server, either a fresh install or 
clone the working install if it's a virtual machine
