transceiver aborted

hi there,

i ran into an error with ./transceiver in osmocom-bb
if i write

osmocom/osmocom-bb/src/host/layer23/src/transceiver # sudo ./transceiver 
-a 47 -2 -r 99

the cli returns with

47

what am i doing wrong? i hope you can help me out.
