Hello,is it possible to define a configuration for the Affymetrix CDF probeset importer ? The problem is that after I use the plugin, reporters are being loaded from the CDF file into BASE, but I can't specify a specific reporter list (representing an Affymetrix chip). When I load from multiple CDFs (partially using the same Affymetrix probeset IDs) I won't be able at the end to select the appropriate subset (which came from one CDF) for my reporter list.
