Dear Guys, I am a little confused about
so many concepts, such as, Array, Slide, Plate, Block, Batch, Chip, and so on,
in the physical level meanings. It seems different
documentation use the different explanation. Really confused. Who can provide a good
explanation for these things, and if possible, where can I find the official
