Hey all. Just to let you know: If you try sending to this mailing list from an email address that's not a member of a list - that is, if you're sending from a different email address than the one you've subscribed with - you will get an automatic reponse about the mail being held for approval. In that case, if you notice that your mail does not end up on the mailing list within maybe a day, you should resend the email from the correct address. (Normally you will receive a copy of anything you send to the list, so you'll know if the mail got through.)
I used to manually approve emails from "wrong" addresses, and I still try to do it, but lately there's been a massive influx of junk mail to the mailing list. Unfortunately, the mailman user interface is such that it would cost me some time (and more frustration) to delete those junk mails and let the few real mails through, so now I'm just doing to send every mail that's being held for approval straight into oblivion. I hope this won't cause any problems. //Carl -- Carl Troein - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.thep.lu.se/~carl/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
