[base] Help needed on jobRunner

Hi, Friends,
 
We have recently installed Base 1.2.17 with the configuration of  
"--with-jobrunner-user=basejob --with-jobrunner-group=base ".
 
But now when we try to run any plugins, we got the error message like this:
"jobRunner: the effective (suid) UID must be 503 (current euid: 502)
*** Program returned 125"
 
Can anyone help?
