Hi BASE team/users, Just two quick questions about BASE 2:
Is there/will there be a bulk upload facility? (ideally it would handle everything: samples, annotations, experimental factors, extracts, hybs, scans, raw data) - I can't find anything on the web about this. I'm also looking through the docs on the web and see that the 1.2->2.x migrate script requires a pristine BASE 1 schema version 1.2.15. (see http://base.thep.lu.se/base2/installation.html) That seems strange because surely many people are using BASE 1.2.17 with schema version 1.2.20. Also, does "pristine" allow customised reporter and raw data columns?
