You have to use the "Import" function to import plates. You will need a file that contains the reporter ID for each well coordinate. The file may contain multiple plates. For an example see the test file that we use: http://base.thep.lu.se/browser/trunk/src/test/data/test.plate96.import.txt?format=raw If you don't have an "Import" button on the Array LIMS->Plates page you must first define a file format(=plugin configuration) from the Administrate -> Plugins -> Configurations page.
