Check the javadoc for the import plugin: http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/doc/api/net/sf/basedb/plugins/PlateMappingImporter.html You can also try exporting one of the existing plate mappings and check the file that is produced. Note that all mapping coordinates are 0-based.
