I am not able to reproduce this. Are you logged in as the user that is 
the owner of the experiment? A transformation is always owned by the 
same user that owns the experiment. This may be different from the user 
that executed the plug-in and is the owner of the job. The trashcan only 
shows items that are owned by logged in user.
