Hi, We working on a "mass action" tool box. In addition to "mass data import" and "mass sample annotation" we develop "mass update". With this tool you can update a whole set of samples, extracts, labeled extracts, hybridizations, raw data sets and/or scans from a single file. (if anyone is interested by it contact me).
Before starting with "mass data import" modifications I browse the mail archive and I find this answer (june 2006) from Bob MacCallum : "I wrote a bolt-on bulk uploader for 1.2.17. Actually it's two uploaders, one for samples, extracts, labeled extracts and the other creates the hybs and uploads images and raw data. [...]" So Bob if you can retrieve it ... thanks a lot. And perhaps anybody work on this "mass data import" since june 2006 ? Especially to add other experimental design like loop, ... ? Thanks for your help Best regards Philippe -- ======================================================= -- Philippe BARDOU -- INRA LGC BP 52627 - 31326 Castanet-Tolosan cedex FRANCE Tel: +33 (0)5.61.28.55.68 - Fax: +33 (0)5.61.28.53.08 http://www.sigenae.org/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
