Hello,
I finally managed to find the problem.
Basically when you create a new array design and delete the previous one, all
the hybridizations that you previoulsy created remain linked to the previouos
design and therfore to the previous feature. Since the oligo was missing in the
first design base is still reading the feature file associated with the first
design.
So now, how can i associate all the arrays that I created in ly first design to
my new design. I have added more than 40 samples so i don't want to create 40
slides again and all hte hybridizations, samples , labellings again . How could
i do that ?
