Hi Matthew, I think you may need to give some more info (like a snippet of your input files, what the job status window actually says, does it work for other array types, etc). The Tomcat logs may shed some light (perhaps a memory error). I have noticed "funny things" going on when I have more than one BASE application (or tomcat instance) running.
