Hi Jan, Can I just clarify what exactly you mean here:
1. You have a single raw bioassay object and you want to load the data into this Or 2. you have multiple raw bioassays and want to load data into all of them in one go In the first case, there are core plugins shipped with BASE by default that do this -- check the docu at http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/latest/html/userdoc/analysis/experime nts_analysis.rawbioassay.html#experiments_analysis.rawbioassay.rawdata In the second case, there are third party batch importer plugins available from the BASE plugins website that do support Agilent data but see these recent threads about their current state: http://www.mail-archive.com/basedb-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg01487. html and http://www.mail-archive.com/basedb-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg01467. html cheers Micha ================================== Dr Micha M Bayer Bioinformatics Specialist Genetics Programme The Scottish Crop Research Institute Invergowrie Dundee DD2 5DA Scotland, UK Telephone +44(0)1382 562731 ext. 2309 Fax +44(0)1382 562426 http://www.scri.ac.uk/staff/michabayer ================================== > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:basedb-users- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jan Torleif Pedersen > Sent: 15 August 2008 14:51 > To: BASE ML > Subject: Re: [base] Import of Agilent data > > Just an update on this, what I really need is a plugin for loading > Agilent Raw Data within a bioassay.
