Can I just clarify what exactly you mean here:

1. You have a single raw bioassay object and you want to load the data
into this

Or

2. you have multiple raw bioassays and want to load data into all of
them in one go

In the first case, there are core plugins shipped with BASE by default
that do this -- check the docu at

In the second case, there are third party batch importer plugins
available from the BASE plugins website that do support Agilent data but
