The lookup always starts with the name, but if no protocol can be found and the value is a numeric value a lookup by ID is also tried. This works the same for all items with some extensions for array slides, platforms and file types, where a lookup by barcode or external ID is made between the name and internal ID lookup. > Would it be trivial to have an option for "use project's default protocols"?
