Hi Nicklas,

It wasn't clear to me how easy the implementation would be, so thanks for
having a think about it.

I've already used the SHIFT-click quite extensively - it's a nice feature, but
actually it doesn't seem to remember the tab consistently.  Not for new items
at all it seems, and only occasionally for items already visited.  I haven't
tested this rigorously though.
