Can you describe the problems?
Basically. I don't see all the plugin installed and when I try to install a
the affymetrix plugin that was already present on the old server I get the
following error:
DatabaseException
...
Caused by:
com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException:
Duplicate entry 'se.lu.thep.affymetrix.RMAExpress' for key 2
