Hi,

Likewise! I too have hacked this plugin to make it work with version 2.9, and I
have a version here that works for me and that we do use to export and submit
stuff to ArrayExpress. I have also fixed a problem that prevented two-color
experiments from being exported correctly. People are welcome to a copy of my
code if they like.

Between this and the batch imports now implemented in the BASE core we have
something that closely resembles a production system and actually allows us to
do what we need to do (although we use it fairly infrequently now).

The official version of this plugin was developed at the EBI by Dominic
Oyeniran under the supervision of Philippe Rocca-Serra, and from my last
conversation with Philippe I recall that the plugin is now essentially
unsupported/orphaned because Dominic has left and there has been on replacement
for him.

Cheers

Micha
