In some cases the list settings become corrupt in the database. I do not know why it happens but it seems to be related to situations where one user logs into BASE from several browser simultaneously. The reset will remove all customized list settings stored either in memory or database or both. Basically all filters and columns selection will be forgotten. > We have been experiencing weird problems with listing, columns and > sorting from time to time and I was wondering if this new feature will > help us. Yes, the reset was introduced to enable the user to escape from this nasty read coloured message. If you get simply reset the list settings, first try the memory reset, if it does not help, also reset the database. The downside is that all settings will be lost, the upside is that you can actually list items! I supposed the reset could be improved so that a user can select which settings should be removed from the database? Maybe a context sensitive reset? It is somewhat annoying to loose all settings and filters. > Thanks, > Paweł Cheers, Jari ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge This is your chance to win up to $100,000 in prizes!
