Hi,
You could dump(e.g. mysqldump for MySQL) the related databases on the
existing installation and rebuild them on the new host. Make then sure
to use the same BASE-version, with suitable configuration, on new host
as used on the old one.
Notice, there are no official instructions in this subject and
precaution should always be taken to not risk loosing any data.
