Hm,

Looking at this and trying figure out a reasonable answer, and I come up with two.

Either we have a Mailing List footer that goes on the end of all e-mails (ala Yahoo Groups) giving everyone the usual who what where when how (OK, list address, website address, and a few other useful bits and pieces) or

Our secretary could have a Footer that can be cut and paste at the end of Minutes with that useful data. That way it shows up on the list approximately once a week.

Or if she's like half of the regular e-mail creators, she can try to remember to put it into next week's e-mail and thus make it part of her e-mail template from then on.

Useful data supplied reasonably.

Mythically yours,
Lisa

PS And I have Basfa.org bookmarked. I just wish I had time to go to the meetings *sigh*.

I'm forwarding this for Bob, who sent it from an address not on the
email list so it got bounced.

The web site is - oddly enough - http://www.basfa.org/ and has been
for years.

The mailing list is moving sometime in the next week or so to a new
machine and software that will let members set their email options,
subscribe and unsubscribe via the web, provide administrative control
via the web and similar modern conveniences.
You can use "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to send email to the list, so I'm
not sure that the challenge is.
