At last night's meeting, we agreed to the following things: 1. Assuming it is available (Trey will confirm), BASFA will meet at the Stevens Creek Location through Labor Day; that is, every Monday in August and also September 6.
2. We will hold a formal vote on a new site for BASFA at the August 9 meeting. 3. The choices on the ballot will be: Round Table Newark Hick'ry Pit Campbell Round Table Stevens Creek None of the Above 4. The vote will be by preferential ballot. 5. If any of the first three candidates wins, we will plan to start meeting at the new location effective September 13. 6. If None of the Above wins, then we'll have to start the site selection process over again from the beginning. So, if you want to vote on the site for future BASFA meetings -- including wanting to vote _against_ all of the nominees and to start the process over again -- mark your calendars and turn up at the August 9 meeting, planned (subject to location availability) for the Stevens Creek Round Table location.
