Began at   8:04 pm - with Trey unclear about the concept of wearing a jacket

Secretary’s report: last week's minutes were accepted as ‘a 'committittee' of the whole'

Treasurer’s report:  that last week we took in $12.25

The VP reported that she may be having a party on New Year's Eve or Jan 2nd at the Wu/McBain/McBain/Wu place

The President had nothing fannish to report

Announcements:
Dave G announced he's having a BASFA party on Dec 18, 5pmish at a location to be named soon Art announced a rumor that the Daily Show may be of local interest so watch it at 11pm tonight on Comedy central Julie announced that Dickens Faire is going thru Dec 19 at the Cow Palace and that she was shown several times on TV (in her Victorian garb) when Channel 4 did a segment on the faire

Chris reviewed 2 sf shorts as the funniest things he's seen this year and to seek them out; they are 'Blake's Junction 7' & 'Danny Bot'

La la la - Julie reviewed a secret thing - la la la (& there were follow-ons)

Dave C reviewed the Godzilla fest as he thought it worth what he paid for it & Frank Wu-Wu-McBain reported that Godzilla got a star on the Walk of Fame

Dave G reviewed the Saturday night LosCon tradition of visiting Disneyland that the driving rain of the night drove most park attendees out of the park - but that the rain stopped just as they arrived and they found the place rather empty; he also reported that the Jungle Cruise guys got their guns back & thought it worth what they paid

We auctioned off a lot of things for varying prices

Dave G suggested we put a float into next year's San Jose holiday parade

We adjourned at = 9:25 pm

And the rumor of the week was ‘that the newest fashion accessory is the Godzilla thong'
