Michael Mason was found deceased in his apartment tonight. No further
details are available as the police and Coroner are still on the scene.
Michael was an active LA fan. He was 2003 Loscon Chairman and has held
many positions in LASFS, including librarian. I am sure that I am
overlooking many details and accomplishments, but I simply want to convey
the sad news that Christian McGuire asked me to pass on.
Michael Mason was 42 years old.
I will pass on more info when it becomes available.
