Joanie reviewed ‘Sorcery & Cecilia, the Enchanted Chocolate Pot’ as it’s
age-appropriate YA fantasy & enjoyable & Trey follow-on’d that he read &
enjoyed it
Julie reviewed getting interviewed for a Canadian documentary about the
‘Voynich manuscript’ as the interviewers were very prompt & everything
worked like clockwork & rates it as ‘worth part of one’s 15 minutes’
Dace C reviewed ‘Enron, smartest guys in the room’ as interesting &
worth full price; then reviewed ‘The Perfect Store’ - a book about Ebay
as a fun little book, also worth full price [then JMS’s auctions were
mentioned & there was some additional discussion]
Chris Garcia reviewed ‘Hitchhiker’s Guide’ as very enjoyable, worth full
price; then reviewed a UK fanzine, ‘Meta’ as probably his favorite UK
fanzine now
Frank Wu reviewed an old Fay Wray movie [‘the Most Dangerous Game’] as
it was quite charming & a fun old movie, worth full price
Ed reviewed Laumer’s ‘The Great Time Machine Hoax’ as his favorite piece

followed. Chris commented he was bored silly by the Laumer story
Trey reviewed Guy Gavriel Kay’s books ‘Sailing to Sarantium’ & ‘Lord of
Emperors’ asOK but not his best, still worth reading & worth library
