My best guess right off the bat is that you've previously filed some
messages as "junk" that came from Pam and Andy (or faked their addresses
in the From: line).  That might cause a filter to assume that anything
from those senders is junk, too.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird for mail, and use its Message Filters capability
to both sort and whitelist anything that arrives from a mailing list I'm on.
In the case of BASFA-list this is easy, because the list server inserts a
Reply-To: header in every message that no spammer is going to bother
duplicating.

If this doesn't help, write me off list and tell me what program you're
using to read and filter mail.
