GALAXYQUEST Not just an outdoor screening... It's an event! All Wednesdays, June 7 - Sept. 6 Wednesday, August 9 - Galaxy Quest (1999) PG Tim Allen and Sigourney Weaver star in this laugh out loud look at sci-fi and fandom, as stars of a cancelled sci-fi show are called on by aliens to reprise their roles in real life. Special Performance prior to screening: Come early to Cinema San Pedro and witness "Balance of Power -- Epidsode I," a LIVE tour-de-force of Star Wars-style staged combat at breakneck speed complete with unique working lit weaponry, acrobatics, 10 performers, drama & music by John Williams. Performance starts at 8:30pm. Go here for a complete lineup of all of the films playing at Cinema San Pedro this summer. Unwind by taking off your shoes, kicking back in your favorite lawn chair with a cold Michelob Ultra and watching a great flick under the stars. On top of classic movies, Cinequest provides Maverick short films and uniquely themed entertainment each evening. Concessions are available starting at 7:30 p.m., pre-show begins at 8:00 p.m. and the films begin at dusk. All screenings are FREE. Galaxyquest will be screened at the St. John end of San Pedro Street. For best viewing this week we recommend dining at: 71 St. Peter's Tied House The Old Spaghetti Factory For great Eat-at-Your-Seat dinners we recommend: Cuccini Food & Drink Concessions will be available for purchase including premium wine and ice-cold Michelob Ultra and Michelob Ultra Amber.
